## Final Thoughts

Overall a pretty good quarter focused on building out some fresh campaigns and optimizing older ones. Need to improve reporting processes and hiring strategy. Employee productivity needs to be managed especially when WFH and the same goes for workload management. 

Need to set up bi-weekly review meetings and monthly skip meetings. Proactively communicate high-level strategy with peers and coworkers, along with empowering teams with the latest tools for better productivity.
